How to Place an Order

You'll see that we don't use a Shopping Cart system.

Instead, simply tell us what you want to order and send your request via email to
hehishelo@aol.com
clearly stating what you wish to purchase.

Please remember to include the address where you would like us to send your order to.

Also remember to include either an email address or a telephone number where we can contact you should we need to speak to you.

Alternatively, you can also place your order by telephone should you wish to.
Just phone Steve on 01279-792156 and let him have all of the above information.
 

When it comes to Payment, remember

We send everything out on trust - you don't have to pay anything until you have received your order from us.

All goods must be paid for in Pounds Sterling.
We cannot accept payment in currencies other than British Pounds Sterling.

We also accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro (Switch) as well as personal cheques, building society cheques, postal orders and international money orders.

The cost of postage and packaging (shipping) will be added to your order, unless your order exceeds £50 (Fifty Pounds Sterling) in which case postage and packaging (shipping) will be free.

Once you have received your order from us,
and only if you are 100% happy with what you have received,
please make full payment to us promptly.

Please make all cheques payable to "He Hi She Lo" or telephone us to make payment via your credit or debit card.
