These Nummite Palmstones are so easy to hold, so tactile to touch - and they are cut from the oldest known rock on Earth !

Each one measures approx. 50mm x 30mm and weighs approx 50 grms.

Nuummite Crystal Healing Properties -

Physical
Nuummite is known as "the oldest mineral on Earth". It may be beneficial when treating the brain, eyes and kidneys. It is believed to help with headaches and with insulin regulation. Some also believe that it may be beneficial in treating Parkinson's disease.

Mental/Emotional
Nuummite helps us to resolve problems that are affecting us today but which really result from someone else's past manipulations or inappropriate actions. It helps us to rid ourselves of any defensive behaviour patterns that we have built up against that manipulation and also helps us to realise that we must be responsible for our own protection. Nuummite is very much a stone for working on our inner self. It gives us the courage and strength to undertake whatever inner work we have to do in order to be whole again.
