1) Ordering :-
- The easiest, simplest, fastest and most effecient way to order is to use the shopping basket provided in our on-line Crystal Shop. You can order goods and pay for them using your credit/debit card.
- If you prefer, you may send your request via email to hehishelo
aol.com clearly stating what you wish to purchase. - Either way, please remember to include the address where you would like us to send the goods to.
- Also remember to include either an email address or a telephone number where we can contact you should we need to speak to you.
- Alternatively, telephone Steve on 01279-792156 and let him have all of the above information.
2) Payment :-
- All goods and services supplied by us must be paid for in Pounds Sterling.
- We cannot accept payment in currencies other than British Pounds Sterling.
- We accept Visa, MasterCard and Maestro as well as personal cheques and building society cheques.
- If you live outside of the UK and pay by credit/debit card, we will take the cost of goods ordered (plus shipping if applicable) in British Pounds Sterling. Your own credit/debit card company will convert this to your local currency at their own exchange rate.
- The cost of shipping will be added to your order, unless your order exceeds £50 (Fifty Pounds Sterling) in which case shipping will be free.
- Please make any cheques payable to He Hi She Lo.
3) Delivery :-
- Goods ordered will be packed and dispatched by us using first class post via Royal Mail
- Goods will be dispatched within 28 days but in most cases we will endeavour to dispatch goods within 72 hours.
- Please recognise that there will be times when we have to source a particular item(s) and in these instances we will let you know the estimated delivery date.
4) Delivery Outside of the United Kingdom :-
- We can deliver worldwide.
5) Postage & Packaging (Shipping) :-
- The cost of this will be added to your order, unless your order exceeds £50 (Fifty Pounds Sterling) in which case postage and packaging (shipping) will be free.
6) Non Receipt by You :-
- Please inform us as soon as possible if you do not receive your goods within a reasonable time frame.
7) Damaged Goods :-
- We will endeavour to pack and wrap, with great care, everything you order from us. However, we recognise that there will be times when, for whatever reason, the goods you receive will have suffered damage in the post. In these circumstances, please call us as soon as possible so that we may discuss the matter and reach an agreement.
8) What to do if You Don't like the Goods Delivered :-
- You are under no obligation whatsoever to make a purchase of something that, for whatever reason, you don't like.
- Should you not be 100% completely happy with the goods you receive from us, please contact us immediately so that we may firstly, make arrangements for their return, and secondly, make arrangements to refund the purchase price to you.
- If it is your intention to do this, we would ask that you contact us as soon as possible and that you do not send any goods back to us without notifying us and acquiring a contact name for the person dealing with your order.
- Any goods that you do wish to send back to us must be re-wrapped and re-packaged carefully and securely.
- Please note that you are responsible for the cost of postage and packaging (shipping) on any goods that you return to us.
- Goods that you do intend to return to us, should be returned to us within 7 days of your receiving them.
9) If we are Out of Stock :-
- Should we be out of stock on any particular item, we will do our best to contact you straight away and let you know so that you may amend or cancel your order.
10) Disclaimer :-
- Crystal healing and other types of energy work are not to be considered as a substitute for traditional medical treatment.
- If either you, or someone you know, has a serious health issue, you or they should consult their own doctor and/or other appropriate professional medical practitioner, and make complementary healing part of a complete health care programme.
- In addition to the above statement, and due to changes in UK Law enacted on 26th May 2008, we would also like to point out that when we talk about, discuss or hand out literature relating to the healing properties of crystals and stones, we are communicating to you our own personal beliefs and the results of our own extensive research.
- Just because a crystal or stone is alleged to have one or more healing properties, either physical, mental, emotional or spiritual, it does not mean that you, personally, will definitely experience, or benefit from, any such properties.
- Any information you receive, whether orally, in written form or electronically, relating to crystals and stones purchased from us should be received and understood in the above context.
- For our part, we will consider that any purchases you make of crystals, minerals, stones and/or jewellery from us, are made on the basis of your own freedom of choice.
11) Representation of Goods Offered for Sale :-
- Please note that the photographs displayed on this website are intended to provide you with an accurate representation as possible of each piece.
- Owing to the large numbers of differing makes and models of computers, screens and printers available for viewing these images, and the vast range of settings available to each user, we cannot guarantee that every piece offered for sale will exactly match the colour and tone as viewed on the computer equipment that you are using.
12) Selection of Individual Pieces :-
- Please note that if you are buying something from our Unique Pieces section or something advertised by us as a unique or "one-off" piece, you will receive the actual piece advertised. In all other instances, you cannot pick a particular piece from a particular photograph.
- All photographs are intended to give you an idea of what each piece will look like - but please bear in mind that as all items are naturally occurring, some differences in colour, shading, shape, size, pattern, lustre and hue, will be inevitable.
- However, you can be assured that each piece you buy will be substantially the same as the piece indicated in the photographs.
13) Contract :-
- Please be aware that in purchasing goods or services over the internet you are entering into a legally binding contract.
14) Title Claim :-
- All goods supplied remain the property of He Hi She Lo until such time as they are paid for in full. The risk in the goods shall pass to the buyer on delivery but the ownership of the goods shall remain with He Hi She Lo until full payment has been received from the buyer.
- In the event of non-payment He Hi She Lo shall be entitled to re-possess the goods, or in the event of the buyer declaring bankruptcy, He Hi She Lo shall be entitled to the proceeds of any re-sale of the goods in the hands of the liquidator, receiver or trustee.
15) Distance Selling Regulations :-
- Under the "Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations" you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days after the day you receive delivery from us.
- If it is your intention to do this, we would ask that you contact us as soon as possible and that you do not send any goods back to us without notifying us and acquiring a contact name for the person dealing with your order.
- The regulations state we must provide you with a full refund for the goods within 30 days of the cancellation - and we will be more than happy to do this.
- Any goods so returned to us must be returned in the condition that you received them and you must pay any return postage/shipping costs yourself.
- If you find that you have to return any goods to us, we recommend that you use a trackable postage system.
16) Variation of Terms & Conditions and Special Offers :-
- We reserve the right to vary, amend and/or alter any and all of these Terms & Conditions as and when we deem fit.
- We also reserve the right to vary, amend and/or alter, and the right to withdraw completely, any special offers or discounts or incentives that we may have advertised on this site or in our promotional material.
17) Law :-
- He Hi She Lo is based in the UK and is regulated by UK Law.
- Any dispute you may have with us, where it is necessary to resolve that dispute in a court of law, will be heard in a court within the UK and under the auspices of the appropriate UK law.
18) Data Protection Act :-
- We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office in order to fulfil our obligations under the terms of the Data Protection Act. Our registration number is Z1787745
19) Statutory Rights :-
- None of the above Terms and Conditions will affect the consumers statutory rights.
20) Acceptance :-
- By placing an order with us, it is deemed to be acceptance that you have read, understood and accept each and every of these terms and conditions.
