This is truly, both an amazing and beautiful, cube of Charoite ! It has been cut from an A Grade piece of Charoite and then polished all over to bring out the colour and the amazing swirling, mystical patterns within the stone, which is exactly what people are searching for in high quality Charoite. It comes from the Chara River basin, near Yakutia in Siberia, the only place in the world where Charoite can be found. Do please note, this is a solid cube of Charoite. It's not hollow inside. This is over 300grms of solid Charoite. Not only has it been cut and polished extremely well, the edges have also been very nicely bevelled - a great little touch that raises it from being simply a geometrical cube to a thing of beauty. As always with Charoite there are some small natural inclusions of black Aegirine here and there and also some golden areas of Tinaksite but this is to be expected in virtually all pieces of Charoite. The fact remains that this astounding cube is around 97% pure A Grade Charoite !
