Changes to Delivery Charges
From Monday 7th April 2025 we are increasing our shipping/delivery charges in line with the recent price rises announced by Royal Mail.
The following changes will also take place:
International Deliveries
All International deliveries will now be shipped using a Fully Tracked Door to Door Service.
We regret that free shipping will no longer be an option for deliveries outside of the UK.
As the vast majority of our international customers already upgrade to Tracked Shipping, we anticipate that this change will not have a major impact and will be a much safer and more secure way to send you your crystals.
UK Deliveries
Currently, if you spend more than £40 you receive free delivery to anywhere in the UK.
We are increasing this £40 limit to £65.
We are now also introducing the option of either 1st class or 2nd class delivery when you place your order, plus of course, we will continue to offer an upgrade to Special Delivery when you need a guarantee that your crystals will arrive.
No one likes higher prices and we hope you understand why these changes are necessary.
