you will receive this exact sphere This gorgeous Large sphere is clearly two things. One, it is beautiful. And two, it is highly unusual !! It has been cut from a super piece of Golden Phlogopite Mica and it displays a truly wonderful colour and an excellent pattern. Because Mica is formed from thin "sheets" or "plates" stacked on top of each other, it is very rarely worked or cut into shapes - let alone a sphere ! To cut a large piece of Phlogopite Mica into a sphere and then to polish it, is nothing short of amazing !! As you can no doubt imagine, there are of course some small cavities and crevices here and there - this is a soft and difficult mineral to work with ! A gorgeous sphere that reflects the light as it catches the different angles of the sheets or plates of Mica. If you are a lover of the unusual this will most definitely appeal to you !
