Mental/Emotional

Sakura Jasper provides us with self-esteem, self-worth and self-confidence. It helps us to feel much better about ourselves, keeping us grounded and bringing us feelings of comfort and a sense that all is right with our world. It stops us getting lost in fantasies and imagined ideas of what we should or could be in this life. Instead, it helps us to see that we are neither living in the past nor the future, but rather the here and now. It helps us to realise the actual reality of life and helps us to grow to our maximum potential by concentrating and focusing on what we love to do. Some people describe the energy of Sakura Jasper as one that helps us to bloom again, or to feel alive again, after perhaps months or years of wading through trauma or pain that may have left us feeling utterly exhausted or frustrated, perhaps even angry. Sakura Jasper helps us to find those little things in life that make things just that bit better. It helps us to be grateful for life?s ?little moments?. Sakura Jasper also helps us to become more in touch with our softer or gentler side and lastly, promotes quick thinking and improves our organisational abilities.

Spiritual

Sakura Jasper helps to align our body, our emotions and our spiritual side. As we slowly learn to cope with, or come to terms with, past traumas and/or pain, Sakura Jasper can help us with straightening our entire Chakra column and aligning each Chakra. When we are ready to walk further along our spiritual pathway, but find that we are hampered by our emotions or by life in general, Sakura Jasper can help us to become more spiritually awakened and to see the connection between our true self and our souls? purpose in this life.
