1) Shipping & Delivery Charges :-
Deliveries within The UK
a) Every order below £65 Sterling will be subject to delivery charges. The appropriate charge from the table below will be added to your order at the checkout stage and is regardless of how many items are ordered or their weight.
b) Every order over £65 Sterling will be delivered Free of Charge via Royal Mail 1st Class delivery. Please note that this is an untracked service.
c) You may, if you wish, chose to upgrade your delivery to a tracked service and the cost of tracked delivery is also shown below. Please note that the price shown for tracked delivery is a one-off charge and is irrespective of the value of the order.
International Deliveries
All International deliveries will be shipped via Air Mail using a Fully Tracked Door to Door Service. In most cases this service will be Royal Mail International Tracked.

All UK orders are delivered using either 1st class or 2nd class postage via Royal Mail.*
If an upgrade to tracked delivery is selected, this will be via Royal Mail Special Delivery.*
All orders delivered outside the UK are made using Royal Mail Tracked Delivery and Airmail.*

Goods ordered will be packed and dispatched by us using first class post via Royal Mail. However there may be times when we choose to use a courier service and we reserve the right to do this if we feel that the situation demands it.
When you place an order with us, we normally process your order within 24 hours.
There may be the odd or occasional time when it might take us a little longer to process your order, but we'll still do it as quickly as we can.
Please recognise that there will be times when we have to source a particular item(s) and in these instances we will let you know the estimated delivery date.
3) Delivery Outside of the United Kingdom :-
We can deliver anywhere in the world with the exception of the EU.
4) Postage & Packaging (Shipping) :-
If we are posting the order within the UK, then the cost of this will be added to your order, unless your order exceeds £65 (Sixty Five Pounds Sterling) in which case postage and packaging (shipping) will be free.
If we are shipping the order internationally, i.e to an address outside of the UK, then shipping costs will be added to your order.
5) Non Receipt by You :-
Please inform us as soon as possible if you do not receive your goods within a reasonable time frame.
6) Damaged Goods :-
We will endeavour to pack and wrap, with great care, everything you order from us. However, we recognise that there will be times when, for whatever reason, the goods you receive will have suffered damage in the post. In these circumstances, please call us as soon as possible so that we may discuss the matter and reach an agreement.
7) What to do if You Don't like the Goods Delivered :-
You are under no obligation whatsoever to make a purchase of something that, for whatever reason, you don't like.
Should you not be 100% completely happy with the goods you receive from us, please contact us immediately so that we may firstly, make arrangements for their return, and secondly, make arrangements to refund the purchase price to you.
If it is your intention to do this, we would ask that you contact us as soon as possible and that you do not send any goods back to us without notifying us and acquiring a contact name for the person dealing with your order.
Any goods that you do wish to send back to us must be re-wrapped and re-packaged carefully and securely.
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of postage and packaging (shipping) on any goods that you return to us.
Goods that you do intend to return to us, should be returned to us within 14 days of your receiving them.
8) If we are Out of Stock :-
Should we be out of stock on any particular item, we will do our best to contact you straight away and let you know so that you may amend or cancel your order.
