Natural A Grade Vanadinite
This is a super, A Grade piece, of natural Vanadinite crystals from the Mibladen Mining District in Central Morocco. Mibladen has long been known for its excellent Vanadinite specimens.
Vanadinite is very often sold as small pieces, but this is a larger than normal piece and is a nice size to work with.
The crystals have formed over creamy/white coloured Barite.
Vanadinite and Barite can both leave behind little "crumbs" when you handle it. That's just the way it is, whoever you buy it from.
The crystals themselves are just gorgeous with a well defined shape and a lovely orange/red colour !
Even though our photographic lights have made them look slightly brighter, the crystals are still a lovely orange veering into red, just the exact colour that a collector of Vanadinite would want to see !
This is simply a beautiful piece of Vanadinite with great crystals and a gorgeous colour !
