This is a great polished stone of Shattuckite from The Democratic Republic of Congo.
Or to be more exact, it was tumbled down to a good size and then finished off by polishing.
The overriding colour is blue of course, but the patterns and variations in colouring make for a really interesting stone.
Shattuckite may not be actually rare, but it is often described as relatively rare and sometimes difficult to obtain.
A great spiritual and metaphysical stone to work with - and this truly is a lovely example !
