Green Kyanite is an unusual colour variety of Kyanite, which is of course, normally blue.

For the most part, nearly all the Green Kyanite you see for sale is about 30mm long, i.e. small.

We were really pleased to have first pick on some longer than normal Green Kyanite blades from Germany, and this amazing piece is one of them !

Do note that instead of being about 30mm long - this super specimen is 108mm long. Wow!!

We have never seen pieces this long before and if you like Green Kyanite, don't miss out on this amazing piece !

Do remember, small pieces, big pieces, wherever you buy them from, Green Kyanite will nearly always leave behind tiny little "crumbs" of Mica when you handle it. It's just the way it is.
