This Privacy Policy relates to this website, which is owned and operated by He Hi She Lo, a company based in England within the United Kingdom.

When you place an order with us, we collect your name, address and email address. Sometimes we may also ask for other contact details, such as phone number if we need to contact you about an issue with your order.

We also collect some information about you from Facebook when you interact with our own Facebook page but this is limited to your public Facebook name and only information that you have previously agreed with Facebook that they can share.

Payment of our own taxes to Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs (HMRC) means that we are required to retain copies of transactions for 6 (six) years in case of an investigation by HMRC. After this time, all records will be permanently deleted and securely shredded with no ability to recall them.
