Cryolite is thought to help in treating eye infections. It is also said to reduce chills and to combat the effect of cold weather on our body's. An interesting property of Cryolite is that the stone is white and it has a very low refractive index, this seems to make it almost disappear when it is placed in water.

Cryolite helps us to let go of any thoughts, beliefs or patterns of behaviour that no longer serve us. It makes us much more decisive and brings clarity and focus to our mind.
