Green Kyanite is an unusual colour variety of Kyanite, which is of course, normally blue.

For the most part, nearly all the Green Kyanite you see for sale is about 30mm long, i.e. small.

We were really pleased to have first pick on some much longer Green Kyanite blades from Germany and these amazing pieces are around 70-75mm long !

Do remember, small pieces, big pieces, if you buy them on the internet, if you buy them from a shop, Green Kyanite will nearly always leave behind tiny little "crumbs" when you handle it. It's just the way it is.
